How does the 1-month trial work?
Unrestricted access to all features are free for 1 month. At the end of your trial period, you will have to subscribe to continue using Finotes. Free trial is available for each app you integrate to Finotes. Each App can have one iOS app and one Android app.
How is monthly active devices calculated?
We will ping our server from the user device once a calendar month when they use your app to count monthly active devices.
How many apps can be added to an account?
An account in finotes support unlimted apps. Billing is done per app.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. After you end subscription for an app, you won't be charged again.
How long does Finotes hold issue occurences in the server?
Multiple occurences of an issue is grouped together as a ticket.Issue occurrences get deleted after 60 days from the date of reporting. If there are no occurrences of a particular issue in the last 60 days, the ticket itself gets deleted.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are powered by Stripe.
